SolProAcces® was founded in 2007 with a single conviction: generic software fails specialized industries. We watched organizations struggle with bloated ERP systems that were technically capable of everything but optimized for nothing.

We started with document management — building an electronic archive that actually worked the way legal and compliance teams needed it to work. Not a file storage system with a search bar, but a full workflow engine with digital signatures, audit trails, and role-based access down to the document level.

From there, the model proved itself. GPS tracking for fleets. Ticketing for events. And then something different: physical bank card production — because Moldova's financial institutions needed a local, certified manufacturer they could trust.

We serve organizations across Eastern Europe with four independent products.

Company founded
First Electronic Archive system deployed for a Moldovan legal firm. 12,000 documents migrated in the first week.
2019
GPS Tracking launched
Fleet monitoring system went live with first client operating 24 vehicles across Moldova.
2021
Ticket Sales platform
Event ticketing system launched. First major event: 2,400 tickets sold in under 6 hours.

Bank Card Production
PCI DSS certification achieved. First batch of 10,000 cards produced for a Moldovan bank.
